So often when wonderful things happen I forget to praise the One who orchestrated it all. I praise and thank people so quickly, but forget to thank and praise the Lord immediately. I need to focus more on praising and thanking the Lord and sharing how He is blessing me in small and great ways. I just have to trust that I will know in my heart when it is appropriate to share how God is moving in my life and in the lives of those I love. Because when I share God's greatness and glorify Him with my words I know His joy will fill me.
"We praise you, God, we praise you, for your Name is near; people tell of your wonderful deeds." (Psalm 75:1 NIV)
