The Lord Protects You

"But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one." (2 Thessalonians 3:3)

When You are tempted God protects you.  When you are tempted God strengthens you.  He is faithful and He has set angels to watch over and protect you and lead you to truth and life.  He sends forth His Spirit to guide you to virtue and grace.  With His Spirit God strengthens you and fortifies you so that you can stand firmly in the truth when attacked by the evil one.  God's Spirit will bless you with the knowledge you need to walk rooted in faith and love, in light and truth.  Satan cannot prevail.  God has defeated him and if you trust in Him and allow Him to lead you and guide you Satan will not prevail in your life.  He will fight for you, but he will not win if you continually turn to God for guidance when Satan attacks.  You are God's.  He has bought you at the highest price and He will not allow Satan to win over you.  Trust in God.  Turn to Him in every circumstance and He will guide you to life, love and truth.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for the angels You send to protect and guide me. May I remember they are with me helping me to remain faithful to You. Thank You for Your Spirit that strengthens me.  Thank You for Your faithfulness, protection, and love.  May I always turn to You with trust and faith.
