"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:19)

How great and loving is our God that He chooses to forgive our sins and purify our hearts and souls when we humbly confess our sins to Him.  He never holds a grudge, judges or condemns us.  He always opens His arms to receive us with tenderness and mercy when we turn back to Him.  He rejoices with the angels and blesses us with His peace and joy.

Know that God forgives every sin we confess.  Jesus died for the forgiveness of every sin.  How He loves us and desires for us to walk in union with Him and in the fullness os His love.  We are richly blessed by our God.

Prayer:

Lord, I choose to humbly come before You and confess my sins.  Cleanse me and purify me.  In Your infinite mercy pour forth Your grace upon me that I may live my life in unison with You, doing Your will for my life.  Thank You, for Your forgiveness.  Thank You, for Your blessings. Amen.
